Carlton Brown brings a diverse background in business, international experience, and legal services to his real estate career. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while playing college basketball, and later earned his Master’s degree in Sports Management in Rome, Italy, where he played basketball for two years. After returning to California, Carlton worked as a paralegal in family law and estate planning and became a California Notary and Registered Legal Document Assistant (LDA), assisting clients with estate planning documents and real property transfers.
That experience sparked Carlton’s interest in real estate and a passion for helping people navigate important decisions involving their families, property, and future. Today, he is focused on building lasting relationships with his clients, understanding their individual goals, and providing thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout the buying and selling process.
